Full Refund Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn and unused
  • Original tags and packaging must be attached
  • Items must be in original, resalable condition
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date
Please Note: For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn or used underwear. We appreciate your understanding of this industry-standard policy.

Size Exchange Program

We offer one size exchange per order to help you find your perfect fit:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Customer covers return shipping costs for the exchange
  • We'll send your new size once we receive the original items

Defective Product Replacement

If you receive a defective product, we'll replace it at no cost to you:

  • Contact us immediately upon discovering the defect
  • Provide photos of the defective item for verification
  • We'll send a replacement via expedited shipping
  • No need to return the defective item unless requested

• Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
• Refunds appear on your original payment method within 3-5 business days
• Exchanges are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your return

• Original shipping costs: Non-refundable (except for defective items)
